As we had many guests from overseas and for whom English was not their first language, we needed someone that could speak both English and Cantonese and Betty certainly delivered. 1.初次會議：

我們將開會討論您的婚禮計畫，並為您打造個人化的儀式。這是您的大日子，所以您有權決定如何慶祝。

2.提交 Form 13 NOIM：

您需要遞交「擬結婚通知書」表格。我將協助您填寫此表格，並依據婚姻法的規定，提供一份「Happily Ever Before and After」的複本。

3.排練：

建議在婚禮當天之前進行彩排。我們也會在這一天簽署「婚姻無法律障礙聲明」表格。

4.婚禮當天：

在大喜的日子，我會主持婚禮，讓您們交換誓言和戒指。兩位證婚人將與我們一起在登記冊上簽名，然後宣佈您們結婚。

5.婚姻登記及正式結婚證書：

儀式結束後，我會在 3 個工作天內到出生、死亡和婚姻註冊處 (BDM) 為您辦理結婚登記手續。我也可以代您申請正式結婚證書。
