- Signing of the register with two witnesses

Initial Consultation
We’ll discuss your travel plans and ceremony preferences. I’ll guide you through what’s legally required in Australia and help you set a date that fits your schedule.
Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
The NOIM must be lodged at least one month before your ceremony. I’ll assist with completing and signing it correctly, ensuring all legal documents are ready.
Simple Legal Ceremony
We’ll meet at a convenient Sydney location — my office, your home, or a scenic local park — for your short, private ceremony. You’ll sign your marriage documents and exchange vows if you wish.
Marriage Registration
I’ll register your marriage with the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages within three business days. If requested, I can also assist you in ordering your Official Marriage Certificate.
Your Destination Celebration
Once your legal marriage is complete, you can freely enjoy your overseas ceremony or symbolic celebration — without worrying about red tape or international legal differences.
