The Process — Making It Simple and Special

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We’ll meet to discuss your vision — the setting, tone, and any cultural elements you’d like to include. I’ll explain the legal process and answer any questions about how traditional and Western customs can blend seamlessly.

Step 2: Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)

I’ll help you complete and lodge the NOIM form as required by Australian law. This ensures your marriage is legally recognised while giving you peace of mind that everything is handled properly.

Step 3: Ceremony Design

We’ll craft a personalised ceremony that includes both modern and traditional elements. You’ll review and refine the script until it feels perfectly “you.”

Step 4: The Wedding Day

On your special day, I’ll officiate your marriage with warmth and professionalism — guiding you through your vows, coordinating with photographers and banquet staff, and ensuring all moments flow beautifully.

Step 5: Marriage Registration

After the ceremony, I’ll lodge all documents with the NSW Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM) within three business days. I can also assist with ordering your Official Marriage Certificate for your records.
